Washington Post Forgets Washington, DC?

It seems on the evening that the Washington Post covered what might be nicknamed Tea Party Tuesday or Rangel’s Rout, the Post forgot to add Washington, DC on its pull down menu of states holding primary elections today, Thursday, September 14, 2010.  It’s not the worst mistake in the world as the Local section’s bloggers, reporters and columnists give us wall to wall coverage, but you’d think they might include the place where they publish on the pulldown menu of today’s primaries in their Politics section as well.   But they did manage to add Maryland so an excuse of local coverage taking place in the Local section isn’t really going to cut it.  A bad pic from my phone is after the jump as is a screen grab of the page at around 11 pm.

UPDATE:  By late morning on Wednesday, September 15, the pulldown menu had been unceremoniously removed.

All Politics is Local

All politics is local. Except from the Washington Post.
